The ATS Color Rubber Bumper Plates are weight plates for weightlifting, strength training and professional gym operation. Each plate has an internal iron core for the weight and a rubber coating that protects the plate and cushions the impact. This makes them ideal for dynamic exercises and frequent dropping.
The weight levels are colour-coded according to the official colour scheme of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF): 5 kg grey, 10 kg green, 15 kg yellow, 20 kg blue, 25 kg red. This makes the desired weight recognisable at a glance, speeding up plate changes — in training as well as in competition.
