Use saneq with your AI assistant

Ask about the saneq range, prices, availability and return conditions directly in a conversation with Claude or ChatGPT. Connecting to the public catalogue is free and requires neither a saneq account nor an API key. You can then find and compare products for your practice or your personal needs.

Connect in Claude

Your Claude account must support custom MCP connections. Availability and menu labels depend on your plan and workspace permissions; your AI provider may charge for its service.

  1. Open Claude’s settings and find the connectors section.
  2. Add a custom connector and name it saneq.
  3. Enter https://api.saneq.ch/mcp as the server address. If prompted, select no authentication; no saneq sign-in is needed.
  4. Save the connection and enable saneq in a new conversation. Ask Claude to use the saneq catalogue.

Connect in ChatGPT

Your ChatGPT account must also allow custom MCP connections. The available settings vary by plan and workspace.

  1. In settings, look for the apps or connections section.
  2. Choose to add a custom connection and enter the name saneq.
  3. Use https://api.saneq.ch/mcp as the server address and, if prompted, select no authentication. No saneq sign-in is needed.
  4. Save the connection and select saneq in your conversation. Ask a specific product question.

Questions you can ask

Describe what you need and ask for links to the products.

  • Which rollators under CHF 400 are available from saneq?
  • Compare the weight and features of these three models, highlighting any missing information.
  • Is this variant available in the size I need?
  • What return conditions apply to the products I have selected?
  • Use these item numbers to prepare a shopping list with quantities and a cart link.

Good to know

  • Prices and availability are snapshots. The information in the shop at the time of purchase applies.
  • Purchases always take place in the saneq shop. The conversation does not place an order or trigger a payment.
  • The connection provides only public product information and store policies, with no customer data from your account.
  • An assistant’s cart links prepare your selection. You review the items, add them to your cart and complete the purchase yourself.
