Free shipping from CHF 100.-

From a merchandise value of CHF 100.-, we deliver your order free of shipping charges to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We ship all products from our own warehouse with Swiss Post. For direct deliveries from suppliers or dealer partners, other service providers may also be used.

Order today by 3 p.m., delivered tomorrow

For all products in stock in our own warehouse, the following applies: All orders received from Monday to Friday by 3 p.m. are shipped on the same day and, as a rule, arrive at the delivery address on the morning of the next working day. Availability is displayed in real time for each product.

Pallets and bulk goods over 30 kg

Particularly heavy items are delivered on pallets by a freight forwarding company. The delivery company arranges a delivery appointment in advance by phone. If you cannot be reached by phone, you will be asked to get in touch by e-mail. For destinations that are not directly accessible, our transport company delivers the pallets to the nearest possible location (e.g. mountain railway valley station). Please note that delivery with Swiss Post is made only to the curbside. Additional services such as delivery to a specific floor are subject to a charge. Exceptions are noted directly with the product.

Leaving parcels at your front door

If you are absent, it may happen that the post leaves the parcel at your front door. If you do not wish parcels to be left, you can contact Swiss Post in advance by phone (0848 888 888) or by e-mail ([email protected]). The corresponding changes are then recorded in Swiss Post's system.

Shipping costs

For a cart value below CHF 100.-, we charge a shipping contribution of CHF 7.90. From a merchandise value of CHF 100.-, this contribution is waived and standard shipping is free. The shipping contribution is shown transparently in the cart and on the invoice.

Pickup

Orders can also be picked up directly from us. For orders that have already been paid, we require a valid ID for security reasons. You will find the pickup address and the opening and pickup hours on our contact page.
