The Lua fascia roller from Trendy is a 2-in-1 massage roller made from robust EPP material for fascia training and self-massage. It consists of two rollers that fit inside one another: a large outer roller and a smaller inner roller. The two can be used together or individually. The smooth surface enables an even, deep-acting massage of large muscle groups.
