TrendyLua Fascia Rollerblack / grey

The Lua fascia roller from Trendy is a 2-in-1 massage roller made from robust EPP material for fascia training and self-massage. It consists of two rollers that fit inside one another: a large outer roller and a smaller inner roller. The two can be used together or individually. The smooth surface enables an even, deep-acting massage of large muscle groups.

The roller is suitable for physiotherapy, fitness training, post-workout recovery and home use. The smaller inner roller lets you target individual muscle areas and trigger points, for example the neck or the soles of the feet.

• 2-in-1 construction: outer and inner roller, combined or separate
• Fascia roller made from robust, dimensionally stable EPP
• Smooth surface for even massage pressure
• 32 cm long with a diameter of 14 cm
• For exercises while standing, sitting or lying down
• Suitable for the back, legs, neck and feet

Colour choice makes no functional difference and is purely a matter of taste. What matters is how the two rollers work together: the large outer roller suits broad rolling of the back and legs, while the smaller inner roller applies more focused pressure. Both rollers are included as standard.

The Lua fascia roller fits into the treatment room as well as the living room; saneq offers it online in Switzerland, along with further fascia tools for physiotherapy and training.

In black and grey, the Lua foam roller looks sporty and restrained. The 32 cm long roll with a 14 cm diameter consists of two parts, so a softer inner and a firmer outer roll can be combined. This lets you adjust the intensity of the fascia massage on the back, legs or glutes.
