The Trendy Hex Dumbbells are hexagonal dumbbells for versatile strength training. The angular shape prevents rolling and gives the dumbbell a secure stance when set down. A ribbed, chrome-plated handle ensures a firm hold, while the rubber coating protects both the dumbbell and the floor. As robust dumbbells, they cover the range from light rehab weight to a solid training load.
The dumbbells are used in the studio, in physiotherapy and in home training. They suit strengthening, rehabilitation and functional training alike, from a careful return to targeted muscle building.
- Hexagonal shape of the dumbbells as anti-roll protection and secure stance
- Ribbed chrome handle for a firm, low-slip hold
- Rubber coating that protects the floor and the dumbbell head
- Made of rubber, chrome and steel, robust in continuous use
- Compact form, easy to stack and store
- Suited to strength, rehab and functional exercises
When buying, weight is what matters most: for rehab and shoulder work you reach for lighter dumbbells, for bench and rowing exercises for heavier ones. The dumbbells are supplied per piece, so for two-sided training plan for two equal weights. Anyone training regularly is best served covering several steps and increasing the load with progress.
Individually or as a graded set, you will find the Trendy Hex Dumbbells at saneq, with delivery throughout Switzerland.

Ich verwende diese Kurzhantel zur Kraftübung in der Physiotherapie. Bemerkung: ideal ist ihre Form, sie rollt nicht weg und der Kunststoffüberzug verhindert Kratzer auf den Oberflächen.
