TrendyYoga Belt Natural

A yoga strap made of 100 % cotton, 300 cm long, with a closure of two metal rings: the Trendy Natural yoga belt is the classic aid for stretching and alignment. The rings let you adjust the loop steplessly to any length you need, and under tension the grippy cotton webbing locks reliably in place. The generous length even allows wide wraps around the body.

Yoga straps of this design are used in Hatha, Yin and Iyengar yoga, as well as for stretching after sport and in movement therapy. Beginners use the strap to bridge missing flexibility, for example in forward bends or shoulder openers, instead of forcing positions with momentum. Experienced practitioners rely on it to hold postures longer and more calmly.

To fasten it, thread the end of the strap through both rings and back over the first ring; under load the webbing then clamps tight. The full length shows its strength in shoulder stretches and bound postures; for short leg stretches, simply wind the spare length around your hand.
