The ATS PU Disk is a polyurethane-coated weight plate for strength training on barbells with a 50 mm sleeve. A steel core gives the plate its weight, while the PU casing protects against abrasion and scratches and keeps these weight plates durable. The matte black surface with grey lines fits into any gym setting. Four recessed grips make handling easier.

Which weight increment makes sense depends on your training level.
