TrendyWeight Cuff0.5 kg

The Trendy weight cuff attaches to the wrist or ankle and increases resistance during strengthening and mobility exercises. The added weight sits in a sand-filled padded pocket that rests evenly against the body. This keeps the hands free while the arms or legs are worked in a targeted way.

The weight cuff is used in fitness training, physiotherapy and rehabilitation. It suits strengthening, coordination exercises and a gradual build-up of load after injury. The hook-and-loop fastener adjusts to different limb circumferences and stays secure even during brisk movements.

• Sand filling for a weight that is evenly distributed and close to the body
• Double stitching and robust polyester for long durability
• Wide hook-and-loop fastener, quick to apply and steplessly adjustable
• Usable on both wrist and ankle
• Easy-care material, ideal for everyday practice and studio use
• Versatile in training, therapy and rehabilitation

When choosing the weight, lighter cuffs suit coordination, rehabilitation and high repetition counts, while heavier versions support targeted strength building. It makes sense to start with a modest weight and increase gradually once the movement is clean and pain-free. Worn as a pair, they allow symmetrical work for arms and legs.

At saneq, you source the Trendy weight cuff for training and therapy in Switzerland in the load that suits you.
