TrendyPesos Weighted Bar1 kg

The Trendy Pesos weighted bar is a ready-weighted exercise bar for group fitness, physiotherapy and home training. Its cast-iron core sits inside a foam sleeve, and the rubberised grip surface keeps hold secure even during sweat-inducing sessions. At 125 cm long with a 30 mm diameter, the weighted bar sits balanced in both hands; the weight level is colour-coded and instantly recognisable in the class room.

Typical settings include bodyshaping and pump classes, functional strength training and progressive rebuilding in rehabilitation. With no plates to load or unload, class participants and patients move between exercises without interruption.

• Fixed built-in weight, no plate assembly required
• Colour-coded weight level for quick selection in class
• Rubberised grip surface for a non-slip hold
• Foam-covered cast-iron core, comfortable on shoulders and neck
• 125 cm length with a 30 mm grip diameter
• Weighted bar for bodyshaping, rehab and strength training at home

The right level depends on the exercise and training status: light weighted bars are the sound choice for shoulder and arm work or a return after injury, while squats, deadlifts and hip thrusts tolerate considerably more load. In classes and clinics, a set of several levels has proven itself so that everyone works against a sensible resistance.
