TrendyKettlebell Vinyl4 kg

The Kettlebell Vinyl by Trendy Sport is a cast-iron kettlebell with a coloured vinyl coating for functional strength training. The coating protects floors in the studio and at home, while the colour coding makes every weight instantly recognisable on the rack. Thanks to its flat base, the kettlebell stands securely on the floor and on storage systems.

With this kettlebell you train entire muscle chains rather than isolated muscles: swings, squats, deadlifts and overhead presses strengthen the core, lower back and hips. That makes it a tool for strength training, physiotherapy and rehab alike, from home workouts to group sessions.

• Robust cast-iron body with a hard-wearing vinyl shell
• Coloured coating for quick weight identification
• Cast-iron handle for a secure, firm grip
• Gentle on floors when set down, even on parquet
• Flat base for a stable stand
• Builds strength, endurance, coordination and body control

The right weight depends on the exercise: for ballistic moves like swings the kettlebell can be heavier, since the large hip muscles do the work; women starting out often begin around 8 kg, men around 12 kg. For overhead presses and rehab exercises, go considerably lighter and only increase once the technique is solid.

saneq supplies athletes and therapy practices across Switzerland with the Trendy Sport Kettlebell Vinyl.
