TrendyEsfera Slam Ball4 kg

The Esfera Slam Ball by Trendy is a training ball for intense throws and slams. Built for explosive power, endurance and coordination, it barely bounces back after impact. That low rebound keeps the slam ball predictable, because it does not spring away uncontrolled after a hard slam.

The ball is used in functional training, the crossfit box, the gym and the home setup. It suits full-body exercises such as slams, rotational throws and wall work, and engages several muscle groups at once.

• very low rebound for controlled slams and throws
• textured surface for a secure grip, even with damp hands
• robust PVC shell with sand filling
• diameter of around 24 to 29 cm depending on the weight
• builds explosive power, conditioning and core stability
• versatile in functional and circuit training

The right weight depends on the exercise and your level. Lighter balls suit fast, repeated throws and technique work, heavier ones suit power slams with fewer reps. For mixed workouts a mid weight works as an all-rounder. Heavier balls have a slightly larger diameter, and the grip stays the same across all weight levels.

saneq stocks the Esfera Slam Ball in several weight levels for your functional training.
