TrendyDupla12 cm, blue / black

The Trendy Dupla is a peanut massage ball for targeted self-massage of trigger points. Two firmly joined balls of dimensionally stable EPP foam form a recess in which the spine rests freely: the duo ball works the muscle strands running parallel to the spine without pressing on the vertebrae. You control the intensity yourself through your own body pressure.

The duo ball is used in physiotherapy and training for fascia and trigger point massage of the neck, back, shoulders, arms and legs. It suits anyone who wants to work on muscle tension independently, from long office days to recovery after sport.

• Twin-point massage action for parallel muscle strands
• The recess between the balls keeps pressure off the spine
• Dimensionally stable yet very light EPP foam
• Intensity finely adjustable via your own body weight
• Compact size, fits into a gym bag or suitcase
• Also usable on the head, temples, arms and legs

The choice of diameter depends on the body region: the small 8 cm peanut ball works precisely and more intensely, for example on the neck, while the 12 cm version spreads the pressure over a larger area and suits bigger back regions as well as newcomers to fascia massage. The colour combinations are functionally equivalent.

saneq carries the Trendy Dupla in its Swiss range of fascia tools and physiotherapy supplies, for practices as well as home training.

If you are after the large duo ball in blue, this is the version to choose, with a 12 cm diameter and 24 cm length. It suits massage on both sides of the thoracic and lumbar spine as well as large muscle groups on the legs and glutes. The blue-black finish sets the Dupla apart from plain black rollers without changing the application.
