TrendyTone-LoopStrong

The Tone-Loop from Trendy Sport is a closed resistance loop band made of elastic rubber for strengthening, activation and rehabilitation. Measuring 30 cm long and 5 cm wide, the loop band wraps around legs, arms or wrists and enables resistance training with zero setup. In physiotherapy and group fitness, the mini band has long been part of the standard kit.

It is typically used to train the legs, glutes and hips, for example with lateral steps against the band's resistance or side-lying abductions. In rehab, the fitness band allows finely dosed strengthening after injury, while in aerobics and classes it rounds out full-body programmes.

• closed ring, so nothing needs knotting and nothing slips as with open bands
• finely graded resistance levels, from rehab exercises to intense strength work
• compact 30 x 5 cm, fits in any bag
• elastic rubber with a smooth, even pull
• proven in one-to-one therapy, home programmes and group classes
• activates the hip muscles, also as an add-on to squats and bridges

For physiotherapy and a return to training, light resistances are the right choice: they allow clean movement across many repetitions. Medium strengths cover classic leg and glute training, while strong levels challenge trained users in abductions and squat walks. Many people combine two strengths, one for the upper and one for the lower body.

At Swiss specialist retailer saneq, you can order the Tone-Loop individually in the strength that suits you, delivered across Switzerland.

Strong is the right Tone-Loop level for trained individuals who want to seriously challenge their hip and gluteal muscles. Squat walks, monster walks and abductions against strong resistance push even well-trained legs to their limits. At 30 x 5 cm, the rubber miniband retains its compact format and accompanies your workout in the studio as well as at home.
