TrendyLimite Band2.5 m, Light

The Trendy Limite Band is a 15 cm wide resistance band made of highly stretchable natural rubber for strength training, stretching and rehabilitation. Its pulling resistance builds progressively. The further the band is stretched, the stronger the resistance becomes. Six colour-coded levels span the range from gentle rehab work to demanding muscle building.

Exercise bands of this kind are basic equipment in physiotherapy, rehab sport, group classes and home training. They are used to train strength, mobility and coordination, from rebuilding after injury to activation in senior sport.

• Stretchable exercise band made of natural rubber (latex)
• Progressive pulling resistance for finely dosed loading
• Six resistance levels clearly identified by colour
• 15 cm band width for a secure grip and flat contact
• Pleasant on the skin, even in direct contact
• Suitable for muscle building, stretching and coordination work

A simple rule of thumb helps when picking the resistance level. Light levels suit the shoulders, neck and the start of rehabilitation, while large muscle groups such as legs and back can take stronger bands. The roll can be cut to any length, which suits practices that hand bands out to patients. Worth noting for allergy sufferers: this resistance band is made of latex.

Physiotherapy practices, studios and private athletes in Switzerland order the Trendy Limite resistance band from saneq along with further training and rehabilitation supplies.

The yellow Limite band represents light resistance and thus the second level of the colour scale. With a length of 2.5 m, it can be doubled up or wrapped around both hands without running short on reserve. A light exercise band like this one is ideal for stretching exercises, activation in senior sports and building-up training designed to gently challenge smaller muscle groups.
