SanctbandFloss Band7.5 cm x 3.5 m, Light, lime

Flossing is a compression technique used in sports physiotherapy and training. The Sanctband Floss Band, a highly elastic latex band, was developed for it in collaboration with sports physiotherapist Sven Kruse according to the EASYFLOSSING concept. The floss band is wrapped tightly around muscles or joints and creates targeted pressure on the tissue; when released after the exercise, this promotes the flushing of the treated area.

Floss bands are used in physiotherapy, sports training and rehabilitation, for example on the ankle, knee, elbow or shoulder. The Sanctband Floss Band is suitable for therapists as well as for athletes who apply flossing themselves after instruction.

• Velvety surface for a secure grip on the skin
• Stretch behaviour specifically optimised for flossing
• Colour-coded resistance levels for light to very strong compression
• Narrow bands for wrist and fingers, wide ones for thigh and shoulder
• Floss band free from harmful substances, easy to wash

Two questions guide the choice: how much compression do you want, and how large is the body area? Sanctband codes the resistance by colour, from lime for light pull to grey for very strong; beginners and smaller areas are well served with light to medium resistance. As for width: narrow bands for wrist and fingers, the medium width for most applications, the wide band for thigh and shoulder.

At saneq, physiotherapy practices, sports clubs and private users in Switzerland will find the Sanctband Floss Band; you simply order the resistance and width that suit your own application.

The gentlest way to floss large surfaces: this green band with light resistance combines a 7.5 cm width with 3.5 m of length. Thigh, hip or shoulder can be wrapped extensively with moderate compression. A fitting version for getting started with flossing on large muscle groups.
