The Sanctband egg-shaped hand exerciser trains grip strength, finger mobility and hand coordination. The egg shape is the real difference from a round ball: it fills the palm and gives the fingers a defined contact surface, so a clean fist closure remains possible even as strength fades. That matters after an injury, when the hand does not yet close fully.
Four colour-coded resistance levels cover the path from gentle mobilisation to firm grip-strength work. The material is soft enough for prolonged kneading and firm enough to provide resistance throughout the exercise. The hand exerciser suits therapy and rehabilitation as much as sport.
- Ergonomic egg shape that follows the contour of the hand
- Four colour-coded resistance levels, from very light to strong
- Trains muscles, tendons and joints of the hand and all five fingers
- For grip strength, fine motor control and restoring hand function
- Registered medical device
From practice: do not only have the whole hand squeeze, but also let individual fingers work against the egg. The thumb-to-index pinch otherwise lags behind regularly, even though it does most of the work in daily life.
All four levels are available individually at saneq, so practices can reorder exactly the level that has gone missing.
