The Rubber Band by Trendy Sport is a closed-loop resistance band made of natural rubber for strength training, mobility work and rehabilitation. The loop of around 105 cm in length wraps around a bar, foot or hand, covering exercises for the whole body, from shoulder strengthening to pull-up assistance. Depending on the resistance level the band is narrower or wider, with finely graduated tension.

With the red Rubber Band, the width increases to 2.6 cm, and the resistance is correspondingly strong.
