The Rubber Band by Trendy Sport is a closed-loop resistance band made of natural rubber for strength training, mobility work and rehabilitation. The loop of around 105 cm in length wraps around a bar, foot or hand, covering exercises for the whole body, from shoulder strengthening to pull-up assistance. Depending on the resistance level the band is narrower or wider, with finely graduated tension.
