Deep-seated tension requires targeted pressure, and this is exactly what the Trendy Prego foam roller with its pyramid-shaped massage nubs is built for. You control the intensity of the self-massage through your own body weight, while the gently curved centre relieves the spine and allows the adjacent muscles to be worked intensively. The foam roller is made of EVA foam over a solid core and measures 30 cm with a diameter of 14.5 cm.

The roller is used in fascia training, physiotherapy and sports, for example on the calves, thighs, glutes and back, as well as for stabilisation exercises of the trunk while standing, sitting or lying down.
