The Trendy Dupla is a peanut massage ball for targeted self-massage of trigger points. Two firmly joined balls of dimensionally stable EPP foam form a recess in which the spine rests freely: the duo ball works the muscle strands running parallel to the spine without pressing on the vertebrae. You control the intensity yourself through your own body pressure.
