The Trendy Pesos Aperto weight plate combines a cast-iron core with a smooth vinyl coating that protects floors and wipes clean easily. Its characteristic grip opening makes the barbell plate doubly useful: slid onto a bar with a 30 mm bore or held on its own as a hand weight. One plate thus covers several types of exercise.
