With the Bamusta Cuatro, Trendy Sport offers a balance pad made of closed-cell foam for balance and coordination training. As soon as you step on, the pad compresses under your body weight; on this unstable surface, the deep stabilising muscles and your sense of balance are engaged in every exercise. The waffled surface makes the balance pad slip-resistant, water-repellent and easy to clean.

In physiotherapy and rehabilitation, the balance pad is used for proprioceptive training after injuries to the foot, knee or hip. It is equally at home in fall prevention work with older adults, in athletic conditioning and in home exercise programmes.

For most single-leg and two-leg standing exercises, the standard size of 48 x 38 cm is plenty. The XL version adds surface area for wide stances, lunges and kneeling positions, or when the pad sees constant use in group therapy. Colour has no bearing on firmness or function.

Anthracite is a dark, unobtrusive tone on which signs of use barely show. The soft foam gives way underfoot and challenges the stabilising muscles. For single-leg exercises the standard surface is quite sufficient.
