SanctbandExercise Ball65 cm, lime

The Sanctband exercise ball is built for continuous use in therapy and studio settings. The anti-burst property is what makes that possible: if the shell is damaged by a sharp object, the air escapes slowly instead of the ball bursting all at once. During loaded exercises, and with patients whose reactions are impaired, that is not a comfort feature but the precondition for using it at all.

Size is chosen by body height: when seated, hip and knee should form roughly a right angle with the feet flat on the floor. The ball supports up to 120 kg and works equally well for balance and stabilisation exercises or as an active seat at a workstation.

• Anti-burst property: slow deflation instead of bursting
• Load capacity up to 120 kg
• Three diameters for different body heights
• Pleasant, grippy surface
• For balance training, stabilisation and as a dynamic seat

From practice: inflate a new ball to only about 80 per cent at first, leave it for a day, then top it up. The material stretches during the first few hours, so you reach full size without over-stretching the shell.

saneq supplies all three sizes from stock in Switzerland.
