Incl. VAT, plus shipping
The male pelvic floor model by Erler-Zimmer depicts the bony pelvic ring together with the pelvic floor musculature at life size. The model includes, among other parts, the iliac blades and the sacrum with coccyx. The pelvic floor musculature is made of flexible plastic and colour-set, so that the individual structures are easy to distinguish.
This anatomical pelvic floor model is used in physiotherapy, pelvic floor training, urology and in patient education. It helps to explain the position and function of the male pelvic floor musculature in an understandable way.
- Male pelvic ring with sacrum and coccyx at life size
- Pelvic floor musculature in flexible plastic, built in two parts
- Painted structures for better differentiation of the muscles
- Removable half of the bladder with prostate and vas deferens
- Shows the interplay of bones, muscles and organs
- Suited to therapy, teaching and patient consultation
For choosing the model, sex is decisive, because the male and female pelvic floor differ in muscle course and organs; this version shows the male pelvic floor with the prostate. The flexible musculature makes the layering clear and the colouring helps to identify the structures. For pelvic floor training it lets you illustrate how the muscles are activated.
The male pelvic floor model by Erler-Zimmer is available at saneq as teaching material for practice and education in Switzerland.
