The Trendy Limite Band is a 15 cm wide resistance band made of highly stretchable natural rubber for strength training, stretching and rehabilitation. Its pulling resistance builds progressively. The further the band is stretched, the stronger the resistance becomes. Six colour-coded levels span the range from gentle rehab work to demanding muscle building.
