Point detection and electrical stimulation in one handheld device: the Sedatelec Premio 20 DT is a wireless point detector for ear acupuncture and body acupuncture. It locates acupuncture points via a highly precise differential measurement of skin impedance and then stimulates them at the touch of a button, without switching devices. Sedatelec developed the very first point detectors in auriculotherapy (Diascope, Servoscope, Agiscop) and concentrates decades of experience in the Premio 20 DT, a new generation of devices.

The point detector is aimed at acupuncturists, auriculotherapists and TCM practices that want to locate points reliably and stimulate them directly electrically, on the ear as well as on the body using the gentle ERT attachment.

The measuring current is deliberately kept low so as not to disturb the point. Electrode-skin contact is made with constant pressure, and the detected point with the lowest impedance is stored. An audible signal every 30 seconds paces the average stimulation time per point.
