The Sanctband Super-Loop is the heavy-duty version of the closed resistance band. Noticeably wider and stronger than the classic Loop, it is used where real load is involved: assisted pull-up training, dips, sprint and resisted running work, strength exercises against band tension, and firm mobilisations at the hip and shoulder.

The resistance levels differ not only in colour but also in band width, so the right level is recognisable by feel alone, without checking a label. That matters in a busy studio where several bands are in use side by side.

From practice: for assisted pull-ups, loop the band over the bar and hook in a knee rather than a foot. The knee sits more stably, coming out of the exercise stays controlled, and the level of assistance can be dialled in precisely via the band grade.
