Flossing is a compression technique used in sports physiotherapy and training. The Sanctband Floss Band, a highly elastic latex band, was developed for it in collaboration with sports physiotherapist Sven Kruse according to the EASYFLOSSING concept. The floss band is wrapped tightly around muscles or joints and creates targeted pressure on the tissue; when released after the exercise, this promotes the flushing of the treated area.

Sanctband codes the resistance by colour, from lime for light pull to grey for very strong; beginners and smaller areas are well served with light to medium resistance.
