Sanctband Exercise Tubing is a round natural rubber tube and the higher-tension alternative to a flat exercise band. The round cross-section sits narrow in the hand, does not twist, and delivers a smoothly rising resistance across the whole range of motion, which makes it the usual choice for pulling exercises at the shoulder, arm and trunk.

It comes in two versions. As a roll of 30.5 metres you cut whatever length you need yourself, which is the economical option for practices that hand out bands regularly or work with varying lengths. As a set with handles and door anchor it is ready to use straight away: the foam-covered handles stay put, and the door anchor turns any solid door into a pulling station.

From practice: check the tubing for small tears at the ends before handing it out. That is where wear starts, because that is where it gets knotted and anchored. Trimming off a centimetre extends its life considerably.
