It serves as a support in balance and seated postures and bridges distances, for example in Chandrasana, when the hand does not yet reach the floor. Measuring around 23 x 15 x 7.5 cm, the yoga block sits easily in the hand while remaining stable. Bamboo is firm, dimensionally stable and grows back quickly.

The block is suitable for beginners who want to build up postures cleanly, and for advanced practitioners looking to deepen their exercises. It fits into the studio as well as your own yoga corner at home and can equally be used for stretching and Pilates.
