Sponser Pro Recovery is a protein-carbohydrate recovery shake for committed endurance and strength athletes. Its protein content of 44 to 50% comes from seven components: whey, egg and casein in a 1:1:1 ratio, complemented by colostrum and pre-hydrolysed milk proteins. The Swiss manufacturer deliberately leaves out artificial sweeteners.
The recovery shake is designed for the window right after training or competition, when muscles and glycogen stores call for nutrients. It targets athletes with high training volumes, from cycling and running to strength sports.
