The Nasara cross tape, also known as grid tape or acupuncture patch, is an established part of kinesiology taping therapy. The self-adhesive grid tapes are applied to pain, trigger or acupuncture points, often along the course of the meridians. They complement classic kinesiology tape applications or are used within holistic treatment concepts.
Cross tapes are used in physiotherapy, TCM and naturopathy practices and can also be applied at home after instruction. The grid patch is barely noticeable and sits like a second skin. That makes it easy to wear discreetly in everyday life.
- Skin-friendly material: 80% polyester, 15% polyurethane, 5% pure acrylate adhesive
- Contains no medication or active substances
- Silky-soft grid structure, barely noticeable on the skin
- Sits like a second skin, even on mobile areas
- Several sizes for different points and body zones
- Cross tape for acu-taping on trigger and acupuncture points
The body zone determines which size fits: small cross tapes suit targeted applications, for example on the hand or face, while larger formats cover the back and joint areas. The grid patch is applied without stretch to dry, grease-free skin, where it stays wearable for several days.
Nasara cross tapes stand ready at saneq in Switzerland, as acupuncture patches for therapy practices and private use.
With dimensions of 5.2 by 5.5 cm, Type C is the largest format of the Nasara cross tape and is intended for extensive areas: the back, shoulder region or large muscle groups. The large cross tape covers with a single piece what would otherwise require several small ones, while barely adding any bulk. The pack contains 40 pieces and is designed for applications where surface area matters.
