The Sponser High Energy Bar is a cereal-based energy bar that has been a fixture in endurance sport for years. One 45 g bar delivers around 31 g of carbohydrates from short, medium and long-chain sources, so the energy is released in stages. Depending on the flavour, the bar also contains 7 to 9 % milk protein. It was developed by Sponser, the Swiss sports nutrition specialist, for efforts where solid food is needed.
