Sponser Basic Minerals is a balanced combination of alkaline mineral salts to support the acid-base balance. Unlike most comparable products, it contains no sugar and no sweeteners.
The alkaline salt can be used during intensive training phases and in preparation for multi-day competitions. Zinc contributes to a normal acid-base metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
The blend contains potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc. Magnesium contributes to the electrolyte balance, iron supports oxygen transport in the blood and zinc supports the acid-base metabolism. It is recommended to take one portion (3 g) twice daily in at least 250 ml of water.
