Vegan Omega 3 provides omega-3 fatty acids from microalgae oil (Schizochytrium sp.) – a plant-based alternative to fish oil for people following a vegetarian or vegan diet. One capsule contains 500 mg algae oil with 275 mg omega-3 fatty acids, of which 150 mg DHA and 75 mg EPA.

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule per day with plenty of water.

Ingredients: DHA- and EPA-rich oil from the microalga Schizochytrium sp., capsule shell (modified starch, humectant (glycerol), gelling agent (carrageenan), acidity regulator (sodium carbonate)), sunflower oil, antioxidants (rosemary extract, tocopherol-rich extracts, L-ascorbyl palmitate)

Allergens: May contain traces of crustaceans, eggs, fish, soy, milk, nuts, sulphur dioxide/sulphites and lupin.
