Sponser Liquid Energy BCAA is a highly concentrated energy gel with strawberry-banana flavour for long endurance efforts. The carbohydrate gel delivers energy from glucose, fructose and isomaltulose, complemented by the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine (BCAAs) plus taurine. Sodium and potassium additionally contribute to electrolyte supply.
The energy gel is aimed at cyclists, runners, triathletes and cross-country skiers who feed carbohydrates regularly during races or long training sessions. The tube opens with one hand and doses cleanly; the recommendation is around one tube per hour, spread over several portions and taken with water.
